Forskningsnet•CERT issues a newsletter to system administrators with an interest in keeping up-to-date on IT security and threats.

The newsletter contains the latest news about IT security, including security risks and scanning activities in Forskningsnettet. Among others the following topics are discussed in the newsletter

• Current tendencies: A description of current attacks on the Internet.
• News from last week: News published on www.forskningsnet-cert.dk.
• Top 10 on attacks distributed on countries: Statistics on attacks reported to DK•CERT.
• Current vulnerabilities: Warnings issued on www.forskningsnet-cert.dk.
• Current worms and virus: The most widespread worms and virus.

Extraordinary newsletters are issued in order to inform the system administrator in case of vulnerabilities exploited by worms or vira rapidly spreading on the Internet.
